  • For a New Liberty, by Murray Rothbard [free PDF & mp3 or ePub] — The book is subtitled “The Libertarian Manifesto” and offers a comprehensive overview of the libertarian anarchist position.
  • The Machinery of Freedom, by David Friedman [free PDF] — An excellent introduction to libertarian anarchism from a consequentialist perspective.
  • Healing Our World, by Mary Ruwart [free HTML] — A great book for leftists. Ruwart explains how government systematically harms the poor to the benefit of the wealthy and politically connected.
